3 Holiday Outfits That Don't Require Heels

Style

If you can’t or don’t want to wear heels this holiday season – don’t! No one says you have to, and whether you’re like me and just had surgery or simply prefer the comfort and practicality of flat shoes, you can still be stylish! It can be as easy as swapping out your high heels or booties for a pair of fresh sneaks or you can elevate your style by grabbing a new pair of shoes that incorporate a little holiday glitz, like sequins or glitter.
Here are three of my favorite holiday outfits this season that incorporate some of my favorite holiday styles like velvet, tulle, and glitter:

Tulle with a Twist

Not every holiday outfit has to be purchased brand new! For this holiday season, I updated the pink tulle skirt that I wore for our engagement photos by incorporating a navy blue embroidered sweatshirt with glitter mules.

Velvet & Embellishments

A bold jacket paired with a textured skirt and bold pair of sneakers can be a fun way to dress up yet feel like a badass at the same time. Here I’m restyling my embellished leather jacket with a pleated velvet skirt and a new pair of sneakers with glittery stars.

A Monochromatic Mini

Sticking with one color, this monochromatic blush pink outfit is a fun way to to incorporate your favorite hue. Add a pair of tights to keep your legs warm!
