Greetings from San Francisco!

I’m writing tonight from sunny San Fran! I’m here for work – I’ll be attending the PR News Big 3 Conference tomorrow. As the conference doesn’t start till tomorrow I was able to get in some sight seeing!
One of my lovely colleagues, Christy, told me some of the best places to hit up in the area. I’m so glad she played my Tour Guide Barbie while I was visiting! My adventure started at the lovely Hyatt Regency San Francisco. After recharging my batteries with some coffee and a snack at the Starbucks across the street I decided to wander up to the shopping district (how could I resist?!) where I stopped in at Nordstrom, Kate Spade, Tory Burch, and many more!
I decided to wander down to the nearest In-N-Out Burger to grab a bite to eat when I got distracted at an adorable little park. Turns out I had stumbled upon Washington Square Park, one of the places Christy recommended I stop to see. All thoughts of In-N-Out Burger aside, I grabbed some food at Original Joe’s, another one of Christy’s recommendations. I had the Chicken Parmigiana and the Butterscotch Pudding for dessert.
From there I went to Ghiradelli Square (who doesn’t love chocolate and history?! The area was absolutely beautiful and everyone was buzzing about the chocolate.

I walked along the waterfront stopping in at all the cute tourist shops, looked out at Alcatraz, and finally found the In-N-Out Burger I had originally set out to find. Taking the long scenic route back to my hotel was quite the walk but was a beautiful view of the city. I also stopped in at the Hard Rock San Francisco, Fisherman’s Wharf, the Boudin Bakery, and the Musee Mecanique.
All in all I had a great day and I really wish I had more time to spend exploring this lovely city! What are your favorite places to visit in San Francisco?
