Dressed Up Denim
Last October, Jon and I moved to quaint, little Snohomish, Washington. We love this small city so much and I don’t know that I’ve ever shared much of it. Our place is just a few blocks from downtown, which has an adorable street lined with cafes, boutiques, and antique shops. Jon took these pictures of me along 1st Street while we were antiquing one weekend!
Now, on to the outfit. I am at the point where I’ve lost so much weight, that none of my “before” clothes fit anymore. Rebuilding my wardrobe on my still-changing body is so expensive! While I don’t have a problem investing in a piece or two, it’s not very budget friendly to buy everything full price when I’m still going through shrinking stages – I’ve definitely taken to thrifting and shopping sales more!
For me, Goodwill has been a life-saver during these shrinking stages, and I majorly scored on these jeans. Can you believe that I found brand new Paige jeans for less than $20 at my local Goodwill?! They’re a perfect basic for rebuilding my wardrobe! I also snagged this shirt for a steal at $13 at Fred Meyer. If I hadn’t told you, you probably never would have known how budget-friendly this outfit is!
